Request to revisit standalone article for Star Utsav

Hi all,

I'd like to propose that the redirect page for Star Utsav be reconsidered for a standalone article. Since the last deletion discussion in 2014, circumstances have changed significantly:

As of July 2025, Star Utsav is the most-watched Hindi General Entertainment Channel in India with AMA (TRP) of 2405.2 (BARC India).
It has a distinct FTA (Free-to-Air) presence separate from Star Plus.
Multiple reliable sources (BARC India, IndianTelevision.com, Indian Broadcasting World, etc.) now provide significant coverage.
It has its own history, branding, and programming lineup independent of Star Plus.

I'm open to drafting the article in my user sandbox and sharing it for community feedback. Please let me know your thoughts.
