editThis article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the following articles, regarding the stained glass windows, the mosaics, and the reredos, have been extensively researched, and we have a number of transcribed documents regarding the purchase, design, and installation of these. For example, the reredos was redesigned to celebrate the wedding of Daisy May White and Ernest J Hudson in December 1902. She was the daughter of Sir George White 1st Baronet, founder of the Bristol Aeroplane Company. The reredos cost £347 on installation in 1903. - The daughter is not notable and the price does not make it notable. It's notable if it gets wide attention in published sources such as newspapers, magazines and books. Binksternet (talk) 14:26, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
- The church is a listed building and therefore the article should not be deleted. See here for the listing and extensive description which should be incorporated into the article.— Rod talk 12:57, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
- For that matter, the daughter is notable too. Rich heiresses might not be inherently notable, but nor do they tend to live as recluses. The surprising thing is just how thin our article on George White is. Andy Dingley (talk) 13:21, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
Deanery
editThe Diocese of Bristol article says " The Archdeaconry of Bristol is divided into the deaneries of Bristol South, Bristol West, and the City." If this is right "North Bristol" would be incorrect.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 05:00, 14 March 2012 (UTC)
