Supplemented primary/weak citations with independent sources added. Helped to improve the article.

I have removed promotional/guide-style content and replaced or supplemented primary/weak citations with independent sources. Affiliation updated to BUHS per the NMC record. Added concise, sourced sections for (i) HBCHRC on the SKMCH campus (TMC + PIB, inaugurated 22 Aug 2025) and (ii) the 100-bed PICU (TOI, 6 Jun 2020).
