Per WP:Red link, I've removed the link on Mayor Fred R. Shepherd since I see no possibility of a biographical article for him (which, in any case, wouldn't have Mayor as part of the name). The only thing Google turns up is this stadium being named for him. -- Pemilligan (talk) 01:25, 2 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
