The AFD discussion was concluded "merge", but there were "Keep" arguments and statements of support for re-creation if materials warranted. It has now been substantially developed by User:MB and myself, in these edits, and should not be merged. --Doncram (talk) 10:41, 19 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
- I note that the template was removed by MB with this edit and no indication that they were doing so. However, they were somewhat saved by Doncram making the above statements a few hours later. AS this has been unchallenged for almost 5 years, and it is true that there has been significant expansion, I suggest not implementing the merge; other editors are welcome to make another AfD case should they choose to.
