The two articles are very similar in substance and sourcing. Rodriquez's notability is directly tied to his association with Samourai Wallet and would not meet WP:GNG without such connection. Se7enNationArmy2024 (talk) 18:20, 28 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

  • Oppose There is no specific policy within WP:GNG that prohibits Keonne Rodriguez from having his own page separate from Samourai Wallet. He has enough coverage from his own trial and unique content and sources for himself not on the Samourai page. This is similar to how Satoshi Nakamoto has his own page, even though he is only associated with Bitcoin. Gjb0zWxOb (talk)

  • Support per WP:GNG. Satoshi Nakamoto has his own page because among other things, his true identity is unknown, which has created a bit of mythology around him. Also, bitcoin is well known, whereas samourai is not. Rodriguez is only known because of samourai, and i can find nothing else that would make him significant enough to warrant his own page. • Oppose Sourcing for the Rodriguez article indicates issues of liability and privacy that extend beyond the wallet and pertain to the subject's activities and statements. Those items don't seem to fit here. Tioaeu8943 (talk) 19:07, 19 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose (I'm certain I will not format this correctly, so if it is incorrect, please feel free to fix it and delete this note.) Keonne, as one of the developers of this newsworthy open-source project, merits a Wikipedia page. The actual project merits its own also. Case closed, IMHO.
