The second reference has been scrubbed by whoever owns the original domain. The reference should be replaced with - https://web.archive.org/web/20000918101145/http://cjonline.com/stories/060699/com_bagpipes.shtml - to Harely's story practicing bagpipe blues from falling into obscurity. My own understanding of how to edit wikipedia in this way is limited, so i hope that another bagpipe blues enthusiast w/ better know how can correct the reference.
