Why List Other Scottish Scrumhalves ?

I'm not sure why other Scottish scrumhalves are listed on this page. This would be understandable if the article was titled "Scottish Scrumhalves", but it's not. It is notable that both Roy Laidlaw and his Scotland successor, Gary Armstrong, both came from Jed-Forest RFC club, but that is more pertinent to the article on the club itself.
