Metamucil & IBD

- Those, from what I have read, are just small pieces of the gel that can be formed when soluble fiber (such as that found in Metamucil) absorbs water without fully dissolving. So it is not at all the same thing that this article is describing. LonelyBoy2012 (talk) 09:28, 21 January 2026 (UTC)
