  I put in Rodney County, Victoria, but the actual title is at County of Rodney, Victoria. Per WP:SMALLDETAILS the Victorian county can be moved to just 'County of Rodney'. The Victorian county does not appear to be known as 'Rodney County' so can just be dealt with via hatnote and shouldn't be considered an actual contender for the primary topic when it isn't known as such.
