Page name

edit

I removed the disambiguation from the page name, but wanted to point out that the prior name was flawed as well and its style should be avoided. He was not Lord Okehampton (upper case, a title/style for a member of Parliament), he was feudal lord of Okehampton (lower case, a description of a property holder).
