Match darts
editThe article refers to Cross "surviving" various numbers of "match darts" against different darts players. I didn't find this term in the Glossary of darts article. What does it mean to "survive X match darts"? 2601:644:1:B7CB:18E3:252B:AD99:EB5A (talk) 07:20, 2 January 2018 (UTC)
- Further comment -- It appears from a little Googling that this phrase means Cross's opponent missed a dart throw that could have won the match (meaning a loss for Cross). If this is a common term, maybe this could be clarified in the glossary article and wikilinked in this one. 2601:644:1:B7CB:18E3:252B:AD99:EB5A (talk) 07:24, 2 January 2018 (UTC)
- Added to glossary and wikilinked as suggested. OZOO (t) (c) 10:13, 2 January 2018 (UTC)

Rob Cross (darts player) → Rob Cross – WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Rob Cross is currently a disambiguation page for one other page - pageview stats (which I cannot link for some reason) find that this Rob Cross receives consistently 100x more pageviews than the basketball Rob Cross, which often only gets 20 pageviews a month. ser! - Support per nom. The reason you are having trouble linking to the pageviews comparison might be that you need to replace the "|" characters with "%7C" for percent encoding when doing so. — BarrelProof (talk) 15:43, 17 October 2024 (UTC)
- That'd explain it, thanks for the correct link. ser! (chat to me - see my edits) 20:07, 17 October 2024 (UTC)
- Support Rob Cross (darts player) → Rob Cross per nomination and BarrelProof, paired with Rob Cross → deleted to make room for move. A hatnote atop the darts player's entry pointing to the basketball player will suffice. Both men should also be listed upon the Robert Cross disambiguation page which likewise lists another variation, Bobby Cross. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 00:08, 18 October 2024 (UTC)
