Edit request: outdated information and recent exhibitions

edit

Hello, I am the subject of this article, so per WP:COI I am requesting these corrections and additions here rather than editing directly.

Corrections:

1. In the lead, please change "He lives and works in Brooklyn, New York and Berlin, Germany." to "He lives and works in Berlin, Germany and Sydney, Australia." I have not been based in Brooklyn for several years; I am currently a studio artist at Artspace, Sydney. Sources: my website (), my gallery biographies at max goelitz () and CIBRIÁN (), and the Artspace studio program page ().

2. Please update the future-tense sentence "In September 2024, Johnson will present his largest solo exhibition to date at the Rockbund Art Museum in Shanghai, China." to past tense: "In 2024, Johnson presented his largest solo exhibition to date, Best Synthetic Answer, at the Rockbund Art Museum in Shanghai, China." Source: Rockbund Art Museum exhibition page.

3. In the solo exhibitions list, the gallery name for Seven Whale Road is misspelled "Cibrán" — the correct name is "CIBRIÁN". Source: gallery website.

4. I received my MFA from Bard College in 2019, not 2018 as currently stated. Source: my CV ().

5. The virtual reality e-book is titled Meet in the Corner (not "Meet Me in the Corner"). Source: publisher's page () and my CV ().

6. Regarding teaching: the sentence "has lectured on art and theory at Bruce High Quality Foundation University, Princeton, UdK Berlin and UCLA" is outdated. Please update to reflect that I am Professor and Associate Co-Chair of Painting at the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts at Bard College, and have taught at Harvard University, UCLA, and Princeton University. 14. I have uploaded the following photographs to Wikimedia Commons as freely licensed own work (I took the photographs; the artworks depicted are my own). I would be grateful if an editor could place them in the article where appropriate:

 • — self-portrait, suggested for the infobox with the caption "Johnson in 2022" (the artwork visible in the photograph is The birch canoe slid on the smooth planks, my own work).
 • — suggested placement: alongside the discussion of the SculptureCenter exhibition.
 • — suggested placement: alongside the discussion of the Chisenhale exhibition.
 • — suggested placement: near the solo exhibitions list or discussion of recent work.
