Cause of death

The cited source and others that mention caused of death (not all do) say that he died of a seizure induced by a lung infection. Separately, some mention that he had been ill since 2005 after a stroke and complications from drugs being used to treat him for AIDS. There is no causal link made between this and the infection or the seizure, and the sources consistently seem to intend this from their wording. In fact, they're all quite similar, leading me to think they were direct quotes from the family press release, which may be the only primary source.
