Resolute Eagles Changes

edit

Hello. I have a disclosed connection to Resolute ISR and would like to request review of several factual and neutral updates to this article. I am not asking for promotional language; the goal is to improve accuracy, sourcing, grammar, and currency. Suggested changes: Update the lead sentence to read: “Resolute Eagle is an American long-endurance Group 3 unmanned aircraft system developed for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions. The aircraft is manufactured and operated by Resolute ISR, Inc., based in Howell, Michigan, and is offered in fixed-wing and hybrid vertical-takeoff-and-landing configurations.” Replace the configuration paragraph with: “The Resolute Eagle uses a common airframe that can be configured either as a standard fixed-wing aircraft or as a hybrid VTOL aircraft. The fixed-wing version is launched from a low-pressure pneumatic launcher and recovered by belly-skid landing using a Kevlar skid plate. The hybrid VTOL configuration adds battery-powered lift booms with four propellers. The aircraft uses the Applied Navigation Quattro autopilot.” Replace the ownership paragraph with: “In August 2020, American Aerospace Technologies, Inc. sold the Resolute Eagle UAS intellectual property and related assets to Resolute ISR, Inc. Resolute Eagle is powered by the XRDi RE-400 liquid-cooled multi-fuel engine. XRDi and Resolute ISR are subsidiaries of Heligroup, Inc.” Update the Fourth Fleet paragraph to read: “From April 1 to May 23, 2025, Resolute Eagle participated in the U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. Fourth Fleet Hybrid Fleet Campaign Fleet Experimentation event in El Salvador. The event integrated robotic and autonomous systems, including Resolute Eagle UAS, in support of maritime-domain-awareness experimentation.” Add an “Operational use and integrations” section noting the 2025 U.S. Fourth Fleet event and the January 2026 Arkeus Warden integration announcement. Rename “Payloads” to “Design and payloads” and correct “principals” to “principles.” Convert the specifications into a standard wikitable and verify the empty-weight figure against the current Resolute ISR specification sheet, since public sources appear inconsistent.
