Merge
editI'd like to merger the association article, Real estate investment association, into this one. It's been unsourced for 14 years and appears to be little more than a trade group for REITs. Bearian (talk) 21:03, 22 June 2025 (UTC)
- I don't think that it is even that. I think that it's describing a class of assocations like the National Real Estates Investors Association. Given that no-one seems interested in creating a serious article I suggest delete. I don't think that REIT is a good target, given that that's only one method of investing in real estate. - I agree that REIT is not a good target, as the latter is a investment vehicle structure and the former is generically describing trade associations focused on the real estate sector. (In the world of commercial property, some of these associations might include NAREIM, NCREIF, Nareit, PREA, EPRA, INREV, ANREV). Clodius26 (talk) 22:02, 23 July 2025 (UTC)
