In a bizarre piece of sub-trivia the character of Apone, in the film Aliens, apparently wore a Roxy baseball cap, which dates the founding of the brand to before 1990, despite what the sources say. The existence of the Roxy Pro Gold Coast corroborates the suggestion that the Roxy brand was established in Australia in the mid-1980s. -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 11:41, 17 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
