Up-to?
editArticle currently reads in part Up-to two ASRAAMs can be carried on the outermost external weapon stations, whilst up-to four Meteors can be carried internally, which I find jarring... why not Up to two ASRAAMs can be carried on the outermost external weapon stations, whilst up to four Meteors can be carried internally? This seems to have exactly the same meaning and is more natural. There are three more occurrences of up-to in the following section, and all seem similarly jarring to me. Am I missing something? UK's plans to extend the range of the F-35B
editI've not been able to find and reports on any UK plans to extend the range of F-35Bs off their carriers. Apparently, Lockheed-Martin has done work on creating a "buddy stores" system that will allow the F-35 to be like an F-18 and areal refuel other aircraft. The UK doesn't have V-22 so they can't have Boeing complete development of the VARS pod. Are there any public comments about any plans for the UK to add buddy stores to their fleet F-35s?
