(An earlier unsigned comment) What are these "for a detailed discussion see"? There are supposed links, but they do not work.

I removed the following references from the article. These do not seem to be especially useful as references. Indeed, it seems likely that they were collected by a random google-search without much regard for their contents whatsoever. Please restore any that are appropriate for the article.
