Multiple versions of Pello Joxepe or multiple songs with the same name?

The melody on this page seems to be the more popular version of the song Pello Joxepe, which is bouncy, upbeat, and has little resemblance to Jerusalem of Gold. However, there's a slower lullaby also called Pello Joxepe, with essentially the same tune as one of the sections of JoG.

Whether they're two versions of a song or completely different songs with the same name, I can't say (and folk songs can overlap in complex ways anyways.) Seems like this page could use the attention of an expert on Basque language and music.
