Date mismatch

As per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shallot, the scallion was "The taxon was synonymized with Allium cepa (the common onion) in 2010," which differs from this article's claim of 2011 73.92.187.150 (talk) 02:35, 26 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Hi Chiswick Chap, I didn't explain my removal and I remembered valid parameters in use. Now I explained my removal was due to overridden setting in a citation. Achmad Rachmani (talk) 07:26, 8 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

I wasn't aware the article had without discussion or reason been switched to Vancouver on 14 Feb 25: the article's citations up to that date had been in ordinary last, first format like all other vegetable articles. I'll remove the switching statement now as unjustified for the article. Chiswick Chap (talk) 08:55, 8 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
