The result of the move request was: moved. (non-admin closure) Jacksonvil (alt) (talk) (contribs) (Main account) 00:16, 22 May 2026 (UTC)
Oliver Ryan (politician) → Oliver Ryan – He is now the only "Oliver Ryan" on Wikipedia. The other one was moved to "Ollie Ryan" last year. Jeffrey34555 (talk) 23:07, 14 May 2026 (UTC)
- Comment from the previous closer (this appeared in my notifications) I previously closed the related move but couldn't figure out why I left out the second part from my closing decision. I've expanded and added the timestamp for clarity, after re-reading the comments from the previous RM and the respective page history. I'll note the consensus at the time there preferred to maintain the basename as DAB page. I am indifferent to the outcome of this move. Thanks, and apologies for any confusion. - Support: With the different spellings of the two names, we can safely assume this is the WP:PRIMAYRTOPIC. I think this move could have just been made WP:BOLDly but I understand why you want to start a requested move when it is a somewhat major change. I think a hatnote to distinguish the two topics would be necessary on both pages. Qwerty123M (talk) 00:33, 15 May 2026 (UTC)
