Given how major of a thoroughfare this route is, I believe that this article is lacking a lot of route description and history information. I've found a number of sources that could be helpful in expanding these sections, including:

https://www.wosu.org/news/2017-05-08/curious-cbus-was-the-olentangy-river-moved-for-route-315-and-where (Information on channel changes for the Olentangy River)
http://www.worthingtonmemory.org/exhibits/2017-8-1/feel-berm-half-century-route-315-construction (Information on opposition to the freeway by Worthington residents)
https://www.dot.state.oh.us/maps/Pages/OfficialTransportationMaps.aspx (General route information, such as when it was signed, when it was extended/expanded to freeway)
https://ngmdb.usgs.gov/topoview/viewer/ (General route information, more detailed in/around Columbus metro)

For other route description information, a mapping software such as OpenStreetMap, Google Street View, or any other aerial mapping software could be used.
