Hi @Dan arndt (edited because I accidentally mistyped your handle), I noticed you changed this article title from NO FAKES Act to No Fakes Act (an acronym for the Nurture Originals, Foster Art, and Keep Entertainment Safe Act). I don’t at all have a strong preference either way, but wanted to check with you.
My understanding is that MOS:ALLCAPS generally discourages unnecessary capitalization though MOS:ACRO allows caps for acronyms. For comparison, other 'backronym' laws, such as the TAKE IT DOWN Act, EARN IT Act, and ELVIS Act, are titled in all caps.
During the research, I counted 39 sources using NO FAKES Act and 19 using No Fakes Act, so both are certainly valid but the former is slightly more common. I think either could be supported under WP:COMMONNAME, but I wanted to raise the question here and see if you or the community has any thoughts. Happy to change the rest of the references to this article to whichever capitalization makes sense :)
Thanks so much!
