Merge: Major and minor ninth articles

edit

Since both are stubs. Hyacinth (talk) 23:23, 6 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

No, I think they both just have to be about five times larger. Gingermint (talk) 04:11, 8 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Done. Hyacinth (talk) 18:49, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Ninth ammendment

edit

Is this article frequently confused with the Ninth Ammendment to the US constitution? I feel like that's awfully specific. Quantumelfmage (talk) 17:12, 28 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Additional citations: Major ninth and Minor ninth

Why and where does this article need additional citations for verification? What references does it need and how should they be added? Hyacinth (talk) 21:17, 4 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

– The current topics at "Ninth", "Eleventh", "Thirteenth", and "Fifteenth" are musical interval articles, which may be well-defined within music theory, but are rather obscure to the average reader. They do not appear to satisfy WP:PRIMARYTOPIC criteria over the broader and more common meanings of these terms as ordinal numbers, fractions, days of the month, and for a variety of other historical and cultural uses. Also, oddly, just these four are at the base page name, while other interval articles are already disambiguated. Move these interval articles to put the disambiguation pages at these titles.
