Heavily duplicated subject. But possibly some new content. Not to say that the article NEPman is heavily confused: this is a colloquial insulting term for people who got rich due to NEP. Surely it was not applied to petty street vendors. And this can be easily covered in a single paragraph in the main article. - Altenmann >talk 16:21, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
- @Altenmann: Given the lack of opposition to your proposal, I suggest you close this discussion and perform the merger yourself when you have the time. This proposal is five months–stale. Yue🌙 21:46, 30 September 2024 (UTC)

- I briefly looked thru histories and see that forking was carried out by clueless unsupervised "write-only" students in the framework of Wiki Education Foundation. --Altenmann >talk 04:43, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
