I would propose using the names the project proponents use.

The current ExxonMobil project to liquify the gas is PNG LNG

PNG LNG - PNG LNG.com

ExxonMobil (and others) used the name PNG Gas to describe the now ceased project to pipe highlands gas to Australia.
