Reactions section
I'm not sure what's being said by the paragraph in Reactions. The source is a speech by President Milanović in which he's talking in more than the usual amount of politician slick talk. If he's suggesting, like I think he's suggesting, that NSATU is being used to sneak active support into the conflict than that's a valid criticism to have on the page.
