- I am amazed to know that nobody can stand second/third/first in combat sports; surely Dees can provide a RS to back it up. ∯WBGconverse 15:05, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
- Please familiarize yourself with combat sports where there are two bronze medals and single-elimination tournament. There are no first, second, fifth place, etc, but which round you reached or which medal you won. My friendly suggestion - steer clear of topics you have no idea about. - Wow. There are pretty many sports which are single-elimination tournaments; you seek to dispute that there's not a nth position in them? Maybe, you can do a Gsearch using a generic search term? Maybe, you have never heard of joint-3rd? ∯WBGconverse 15:12, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
- Sigh, we are talking about boxing aren't we? In boxing, there are two bronze medals which are given to both losing semifinalists, and there is no classification (first, third, eighth). For example, if you lose in the quarterfinals, you don't get assigned a sixth place or whatever. Dee03 15:18, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
- FWIW, you need to transclude a DYK on the article-t/p; you have got enough DYKs to be aware of that. ∯WBGconverse 15:14, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
- I don't need to transclude anything. Like I said elsewhere, familiarize yourself with the DYK process. Dee03 15:36, 28 October 2019 (UTC)

Thailand Tournament
editWBG please explain your revert. This is her BIO and I see no reason to hide this international event from her biography. --DBigXrayᗙ 15:27, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
- Not in the same tier as the ones mentioned over Wikipedia:WikiProject_Boxing/MOSGuidelines#Amateur_career .... ∯WBGconverse 15:50, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks for the link. It says "
If a boxer fought as an amateur, list any highlights, notable opponents, and fight record if reliably sourced
". This is an international event and reliably sourced, hence it should be included. --DBigXrayᗙ 15:54, 28 October 2019 (UTC)- Mileage may vary, according to whether you read the two lines in context of each other or not ..... ∯WBGconverse 15:59, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
