Suggest move

I think the title "List of Shrek songs" is inappropiate. I suggest to move it to "List of Shrek soundtracks", or just "Shrek series soundtrack". Something like that. --Surten (talk) 00:32, 15 November 2008 (UTC)Surten

On the DVD for Shrek 2, released on the third of october, there is a version of Holding Out for a Hero by Imogen Heap that is a great electronic remake. It doesn't appear in the listing - is that an error or isn't it on the soundtrack album? Vandalism Un-Reverted?

With all due respect to the three experienced editors who have insisted upon keeping information for the soundtrack for Shrek 5 included in this page, the entry is vandalism. Until Dreamworks decides to reverse its decision to end the Shrek series after 4 movies (and we can hope, if perhaps unrealistically) that they never do that, there is not and will not be either a 5th shrek movie, nor a 5th Shrek soundtrack. Further, the image being used for the Shrek 5 Soundtrack is clearly the same as used for the original Shrek movie and a quick search of just a few of the tracks listed indicate that they do not exist.

I am posting this information here in hopes that future wikipedia editors will agree with me to keep a phantom album off this page.

Movement of detailed information

I noticed a large removal of data by user ~2026-17277-88 on 15:11, 11 April 2026 where this user removed the data about song reviews, certificates, and chart listings as they are present on the song's own articles. Personally, I feel the data removed is having more benefit rather than harm as it can be easy to find this information on list articles rather than separate pages. I'd rather not undo such a large edit that clearly took ages by myself, so I'm letting other users know about this change so they might also share their thoughts.
