The page is looking great, 65.103.216.79! Keep up the hard work! :) --Firsfron 20:57, 21 Feb 2005 (UTC)

WUPL's owner

edit

Unless I missed something, Belo doesn't own WUPL in New Orleans. CBS still owns that station and I changed the ownership status of the station.

A deal was reached last year, but that's now in limbo, at last check. Anyone has any new info on the pending sale? - --Bdj95 16:06, 14 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Jackson's new U: WRBJ (UPN 34)

edit

Very soon, WRBJ (UPN 34)--Jackson's new, full-power UPN affiliate, owned by St. Louis-based Roberts Broadcasting Company--will finally begin broadcasting. (But, for now, WRBJ can only be had by Time Warner Cable.)

Error?

edit

On Helpdesk-l, Bobby Berry wrote: "The station you have listed as the UPN affiliate in Columbus Tupelo is not WKDH it is WCBI –TV Channel 35-2( ECBI)". Can you please check to see if he is correct, and if so correct the article accordingly? --maru (talk) contribs 02:22, 26 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

The CW Network

edit

Please remember that many UPN stations owned by FOX have shut down as a result of the switch to "The CW Network," including the West Coast flagship, KCOP. 70.187.145.80 03:43, 20 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Decommissioned?

edit

From what I'm currently seeing, although the Fox owned affiliates have dropped UPN from the branding of their stations, they're still affiliated, and will probably remain so until CW and My Network TV begin. John

News Corp.

edit

Though the News Corporation (Fox) owned UPN affiliates have dropped the UPN name and logo from their station brand, they continue to broadcast UPN during primetime. All of the News Corp. UPN stations will affiliate with My Network TV in September of 2006. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Grejlen (talkcontribs) 14:31, 28 March 2006

Post-CW status

edit

Should we indicate on the table whether each station will affiliate with the CW, My Network TV, or neither in September? Morgan Wick 15:46, 26 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Market List Error

edit

Number 159 in the market list should be Palm Springs, CALIFORNIA, not Palm Springs, Florida.

– These four lists are lists of affiliates for television networks that are defunct. As such, "former" is a tautology in their title. Sammi Brie (she/her · t · c) 18:23, 16 October 2025 (UTC)  Relisting.  --pro-anti-air ––>(talk)<–– 20:52, 23 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Support UPN no longer exists as is noted already above so it makes sense to just title them as "List of UPN affiliates." Agnieszka653 (talk) 23:59, 23 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
Support The word "former" is no longer needed. LDW5432 (talk) 21:09, 24 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
