editI feel sorry for anyone who invested in this sincere effort. What is there now---a fireworks superstore. The real reason it failed was Allentown Mayor Bill Heydt bringing the short-lived Allentown Ambassadors. There was very little regional effort (at least coordinated) in the 90s to attract minor-league sports and quality entertainment to a Lehigh Valley that was so far behind in the game that it wasn't funny. At least we got our Iron Pigs despite over a quarter-century of obstacles.---Heff01 (talk) 01:11, 10 April 2019 (UTC)

edit@Transpoman: Is there a source for the coordinates you added to the page? -- Pemilligan (talk) 13:52, 28 September 2025 (UTC)
- The external link to the article "Field of dreams ... and recurring nightmares" indicates that the stadium site was located on Cedarville Road. I was able to find the location of the stadium site using Historic Aerials (e.g., look at the photos at that location from 1999-2005). The configuration on the aerial photo matches up with the photos on the other external links. -Transpoman (talk) 14:02, 28 September 2025 (UTC)
