Not only is most of this essentially directly ripped from this article's only source (which I'm not sure is a reliable source to begin with), but it is literally word for word the same paragraph in the corresponding perestroika article. Doesn't seem to be much of a point in having a separate article if it's just going to be the exact same words from another article. Not only does this article need to be expanded with the content elaborated upon, but it also needs multiple sources with higher credibility and should be rephrased so that it doesn't plagiarize its sources.
