I don't know if this is already mentioned in the article (there's lots to read!), but on Flemish television, back in the mid seventies, it was not allowed to sing this song as Voulez-vous COUCHER avec moi, ce soir? No, this trio (Labelle) had to sing Voulez-vous DANSER avec moi, ce soir? According to Flemish television it was too risky and too much "not-done" to sing a song about going to sleep with somebody!

For Flemish readers who want to know the name of the Flemish TV program in which Labelle was seen and heard, it was BINNEN EN BUITEN ("INSIDE AND OUTSIDE", light entertainment, each weekend). DannyJ.Caes (talk) 19:39, 17 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
