I haven't looked too further, but the fact that Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean has a population of 275k speaks for itself. Then Côte-Nord at almost 100k, Nord-du-Québec at 42k and Labrador at 27k. So in total that is roughly 444.000 people living there. Norum02:36, 24 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
