@Speedy2169: when uploading an organisation's logo that is copyright (that is, non-free as in this case for LA Coast Rugby) you must provide a non-free use rationale (such as fair use) or the file will be deleted.
For the image file you created at File:LA Coast RFC logo.png:
Take a look at the filled-out rationale template I added for 'fair use' (view the code here);
Note that I have removed the PD-self template you included here. That can only be used for images created yourself – not the case here – and should be placed on the image file page anyway.
