@Adigabrek: - it appears Ningen2006 is causing a lot of damage in a lot of articles. Syntax damage, adding random links that don't verify, questionable content, unexplained deletions etc.. it's often borderline vandalism and rarely an improvement. -- GreenC 05:14, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

I don't think they will page protect based on 2 edits only 1 being an IP. They are now an established sock with a history of warnings and reverts a SPI might be required next. -- GreenC 21:32, 1 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ningen2006. Not sure of the rules with SPI and use of IPs. If that doesn't work, next is request a blocked of the IP. -- GreenC 21:47, 1 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
