editI read whole article, it looks like it's an article of Kalakote (tehsil). Older version was ok with Kalakote name. As kalakote is a basically a town so article for Kalakote town should named Kalakote. For example :- Rajouri is city as well as district in Jammu & Kashmir, so main article by Rajouri name is of Rajouri town and there's seperate article for Rajouri district, same should have done here. This version is more suitable for Kalakote Page. Current version should have move to Kalakote(Tehsil) as all stats here is of tehsil.
