Article needs help

Don't take things so personally. I'm not saying the subject is undeserving of an article, I'm saying the current article doesn't have any information that is not already available in the Penelope Halliwell article. I added more info, but unfortunatly was working on it late at night so I have no doubt it needs to be cleened up a bit. I just figured if I started an article at least it would be something to work on and expand. thanks.

I'd like to find some information such as her birthdate and place, full name marriages ect. I'll be looking, but I'll also be happy if anyone else has anything to add along these lines.
