Regarding this. Prison food is never good. Is it really adding to this article to leave this quote in? There's a lot of other stuff that happened to her that is actually serious. @Novem Linguae: Sorry that I missed this message. Feel free to revert my addition. I think whether it's "actually serious" is subjective. In this case, we have the article subject attesting to how an inhumane prison condition impacted their health – a pretty serious charge and significant event in any person's life, regardless of how regular that practice may occur in prisons in general. Her claim must be credible enough that it warranted a mention in the cited article from Variety, a trade publication pretty well-known beyond its industry.
