Since this is the biography of a living person, and thus subject to Wikipedia's policy on the biography of living people, I feel that it important to point out that James Handy is no relation to Jason Handy who was a production assistant for Nickelodeon who was convicted of sex crimes involving minors. Google and Yahoo! searches often offer him as one of the first results when searching for James Handy. While having phonetically similar names, James Handy should not be confused with Jason Handy.
