COI disclosure
editI am a faculty member in the Yale Department of Physics, where Jack Harris is a colleague. I have no financial relationship with him and have not been compensated for creating this article. I created this article because I believe he meets Wikipedia's notability criteria for academics, given his Vannevar Bush Faculty Fellowship, APS Fellowship, multiple Nature publications, and foundational contributions to quantum optomechanics.
