Vague Title

I believe that this article should be renamed to "Official Irish Republican Army–Soviet Union collaboration", as more often that not, when one is referring to the "Irish Republic Army, they are referring to the Provisional IRA (Provos), I believe the distinction should be made in the article title to avoid confusion.
