US focus

Apart from one passing reference in the background section, this article exclusively refers to the US. Is Infotainment an exclusively US phenomenon? No. If this article was titled 'Infotainment in the US' it wouldn't need any changing. A broader point: there are many articles in Wikipedia that do this - ignore anything outside the US, reflecting an insular, narrow viewpoint that is simply offensive to those outside. There are over a billion English speakers globally, less than a third of them in the US. Could Wikipedia writers and editors please try to reflect on that.
