During my 1960s apprenticeship, I had to spend time at the Woolwich Arsenal where there were still a few pieces of Harvey armour on show. I was told that Harvey armour was only available as flat pieces, which may explain the rather "boxy" appearance of some Victorian warships.AT Kunene (talk) 12:42, 3 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
