Description of suggested change: Drop Site News should be replaced with the official reporting source from the Israeli Government Procurement Administration.

Official Source (partially hebrew): https://mr.gov.il/ilgstorefront/en/p/4000604070

It should also be added that $18M out of the $45M figure was specifically with YouTube and the other $27M with Google.

Also a clean up. No need to mention that the famine takes place during the Gaza war. This is already clear in the article.

Diff:

In September 2025, Drop Site News reported that Google had signed a six-month, $45 million contract with the Israeli government in June to push its propaganda during the Gaza war, including content that denied the famine.

Not done: the source you provided is WP:PRIMARY and we prefer secondary sources. Per WP:RS I wouldn't replace the existing secondary source with a primary source. ScrubbedFalcon (talk) 09:06, 17 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
