Unclear citation

edit

@Ploversegg: What does the string "ᵈ.Nisaba za₃-mi₂." mean? What about "hrsg. v." and "dubsar 19"? Thanks! -- Beland (talk) 01:52, 25 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

Note to self: same source is referenced by Rîm-Anum. -- Beland (talk) 02:03, 25 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
I will see if I can make that clearer in the article. Anyway, dubsar is the name of an archaeological publication series by the publisher Zaphon Verlag. I seem to remember that dubsar means scribe in either Sumerian or Akkadian, slips my mind. The text in quotes is transliterated Sumerian cuneiform, which they used for the title of the book because they were honoring an archaeologist. As I said, I will try to make things clearer tomorrow, when I have had enough coffee. :-) Ploversegg (talk) 02:35, 25 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
