In mycology, "fungal isolate" usually refers to a fungal species that has been brought into culture. "Fungal metabolites" might be a more appropriate title, but as I am unfamiliar with the pharmaceutical field, "isolate" may well be fine. TelosCricket (talk) 17:43, 27 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
