Please change title: forecast> forecasting, alternatively skill>accuracy

The forecast is inanimate and has no skill. It is the forecaster who has may display skill in forecasting. Otherwise simply replace "skill" for "accuracy" or "reliability". (Please note that Chinese does not distinguish between "a forecast" as a prediction, and "forecasting" as an activity, hence this type of grammatical error is becoming increasingly common).2A00:23C6:54D3:DA01:75F2:531F:4822:5B4C (talk) 13:16, 16 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
