Controversy
editI read somewhere that Emma Morano has been in dispute by Nikolay Zak (who disputed Jeanne Calment), by which reason if I may ask? May it be by the reason that Emma Morano might have died already in 2011 when her sister Angela Morano is suggested to have died at age 102? Would this mean that Emma Morano lived "only" to age 111 while her sister Angela died in April 2017 108 years old?
Is it common that siblings switch identity with each other, just as Shigechiyo Izumi and his "older brother" are suggested to have done? 213.65.211.63 (talk) 16:11, 9 March 2022 (UTC)
- No, Angela Morano was 102 not 108, Emma Morano was 117 not 111 2603:6011:E42:A0AE:1C2:8251:263:A9F8 (talk) 20:41, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
Should Marleah Lois Smith be mentioned?
editMorano died at her home in Verbania, Italy, on 15 April 2017 (57 days after Marleah Lois Smith who died on 17 February 2017 at the age of 84) at the age of 117. 2603:6011:E00:4C41:0:0:0:1005 (talk) 15:30, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
